If anyone is interested in how we manage our build of Firefly, we simply make lists. We make hundreds of them. We’re not just learning a new hobby, but we’re trying to repair, from scratch, a large, sea-going, nature powered vehicle, at the same time. It’s a van build with added complexity.

Here, we’re going to keep track of some of the more menial tasks that fit in, and around, the main flow chart we use to work from to manage our progress (View our Flow Chart Here).

List started Jan 2024, several months after already working on the outside of Firefly. List is directly used by us remotely, and refers only to the restoration.
